It is said that Leogriffs will only recognize as their master one of royal blood, gifted with true courage and a pure heart. Richard is living proof of this legend. The young prince of Angeln, heir to the throne, embodies all the ideals his realm upholds.
Prince Richard, rightfully named “Heart of Leogriff,” has led Angeln’s armies to victory many times. Ballads are sung of his bravery, and under his steadfast gaze even a new recruit’s heart swells with courage in the face of Castille’s most fearsome beasts.
Like a hungry Leogriff, he tears into enemy lines without mercy, and the mere sight of his banners has often made foes falter and flee.
