Bram’mn remembers everything.
He remembers the centuries-old trees of the Great Forest when they were still young saplings swaying in the wind.
He remembers guiding youthful Alrauns along ancient paths — Alrauns who have since grown into the wisest and oldest Aents.
He remembers when the very air of the Second Era was still fresh and pure.
He remembers the first Dryadints emerging from the forest’s shade.

Never did he meddle in mortal conflicts, nor in the bustle that sometimes stirred the forest. Wise and patient, Bram’mn devoted the time granted to him by Rouna only to Life — guarding and teaching young flocks of Alrauns, tending to the trees, healing the wounds of woodland creatures that sought his aid.
But something has changed. Survivors of recent forest expeditions speak of a strange being leading an army of living wood. Bram’mn sensed the change in the air — an unease, a growing dread. In countless dreams, Rouna began to reveal a terrible truth of events that cannot be stopped.
Until the inevitable comes, he must save as many lives as possible — no matter how many outsiders he must send to the hated Noktiis. The Great Forest must endure. The Great Forest must be ready to survive what cannot be avoided…
