Tornscape Shadow Contracts Deck

Deck «Shadow Contracts» invites players to complete hidden missions for which they receive additional Victory Points. The use of Shadow Contract cards is optional and players agree before the game whether they will use them. When conducting events, the decision to use «Shadow Contracts» remains with the organizer.

 

Each player uses their own deck to play «Shadow Contracts». Before the game begins, each player takes three cards from his deck and keeps one for himself, shuffling the remaining ones into the deck. The player's chosen card becomes a hidden secondary objective for the scenario, which is kept secret from the opponent until revealed at the time of execution.
Each card «Contract of Shadows» has three parameters:

• Card Name
• Card execution condition
• The moment when a card must be revealed when a condition is met

Fulfilling a card condition gives the player 1 Victory Point, unless the scenario states otherwise. Execution «Contract of Shadows» cannot exceed the limit of 10 Victory Points that a player can receive as a result of a scenario.
